Michael, Ernie, and All,

I just wanted to write a short note to let you know that we are very pleased with the Digitizer and DigiPlayer, we recently bought from your company.

Because we have been utilizing the DigiPlayer we are now able to go to air unmanned from 7:00pm to 7:00am most weekdays, and from Saturday at noon until Monday morning at 7:00am, save for a live program from 10:30am - 12noon on Sunday.

This allows me to better use my existing staff for production as well as other things. It never made sense to me to use my personnel to what amounts to pushing a button every several minutes for spot insertion and or program playback. We encode all spot inventory, and most satellite fed programs straight to the DigiPlayer.

We have experienced very little trouble with "bugs" that are normal for any new install, and those that did crop up have been taken care of by your "techs" quickly and with patience.
